I know that having an interstate moving company has allowed me to visit many family members in many places. I just wish we could service alaska! It is way too hard on the trucks though and usually people dont want to pay the cost to truck it over the highway instead of shipping it. Anyway, your posts are always appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to poke around here and see what us guys are doing. It really moves me to see the response this thing has gotton from our small growing circle. He started his business with one truck and a couple of guys and has grown it into what it is today. He is one of the most genuinely good people you will ever meet. He's fair and honest and really cares about the job he does. He takes good care of the people who work with him (notice I didn't say "for" him?) that's because he's either on the phone's or the trucks everyday. When a man loves what he's doing, it shows. It's usually all about the money. sooooooooooo cool he is as humble as they come. I bet you had the same experience I had and were going through a crappy time and the actual owner showed up as a mover. Wow!!!!! It's almost like he knows the ones that needs the best care. Although his workers are bomb too cause he trained so well. Weird I never blog but I was so impressed that I had to do this. Cool name Cheer. love it. right on!!!!!!!!!!! All star transfer is the only company i will use, because i genuinely trust these guys! Lake all star is back again so we are thinking of going kayaking in the parking lot around the moving trucks! I am hoping our interstate moves will pick up. On the local moving side, we always get busy this time of the month so everyone is mentally prepared. We need to order more packing materials like dishpacks and wardrobe boxes and replace a couple of dollies and handtrucks that seem to disappear on the jobs. Somewhere out there customers are going to remember us everytime they have to move our handtruck out of the way in their garage that we left behind or a wardrobe box with our name on it. I guess that is advertising in itself! I SEE the genius in it now. My guys know what they are doing. Those babies have hauled some furniture over the years. We keep them safe and clean and happy and they keep hauling for us. Did my Portland run and moved a hot tub and two small household goods shipments. I have a piano I was trying to get on the run too but turns out it was a full size upright PLAYER piano! One of the biggest badest pianos you could ever come across and, of course, it had to negotiate 2 flights of stairs with turns on end. I decided to wait until I have "shag" (the only mover that actually enjoys this type of activity with me), before I tackle this bad boy. The customer was not in a hurry so I put them on the next run moving pianos to Seattle. Fun time, whirlwind couple of days but I had damage free moves and customers were all happy not to mention I got some great wheather. How cool is that?
